If the client wishes to cancel the contract before starting Phase 4, they may receive a 40% refund of the total plan value, corresponding to the phases not yet worked on.

Service Limitations
The client may withdraw from the contract during the initial phases. In the event of termination during these phases, VisaHub will complete the tasks up to Phase 3 and deliver the respective deliverables. These three phases represent 60% of the entire process; therefore, there will be no refund for the value corresponding to these phases.
If a phase has been started, it is considered completed, even if the client has not yet received the deliverable. Therefore, the deliverable will be provided as part of the termination.
The client may request a refund only if less than three (3) months have passed since the contract was signed. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
The client must submit a letter requesting the termination of the contract with the corresponding justification.
A meeting will be scheduled to review the deliverables already completed and formalize the termination.
VisaHub will deliver the materials corresponding to the phases that have been started.
If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within the next 30 calendar days from the case closure date.

Therefore, no outcome guarantees are offered, no refunds are provided in the event of negative decisions by USCIS, and VisaHub does not act as a law firm nor provide legal representation before immigration authorities.
